After reading this out of curiosity I tested

I voted it up and no change, then I reset my modem and voted it down and it went down lol

So there must be a cap on sites that aren't owned or friends of mmi

Moral of the story?

Don't trust rating sites unless theyre recognised like Ovguide or even the top movie sites listed in here on general as they are a part of top sites and have to follow the rules so everythings above board.

Most sites on here like haven and qss rank above here anyway as half the time you cant access my movie index so its all pretty irrelavant lol

My vote didn't go up either but every other site I voted for did. The list owner obviously has affiliation with some of the sites on here and changes and fixes the votes.
